Quadrantid Meteor Shower peaking January 2-3. If you are traveling North for a holiday you may see this! The radiant point for the Quadrantid meteor shower is far to the north in Earth’s sky, so the shower is best seen from Earth’s Northern Hemisphere. From mid-northern latitudes, the radiant point for the Quadrantid meteor shower climbs over the horizon after midnight and is highest in the sky before dawn.
