Thanks, Dan. Im glad you enjoyed your week.

Dan, I've really enjoyed reading your posts. Thanks for doing these. I was unable to travel and really missed being there.

Thanks for the reports, video and images.

Thursday and Friday night were the best of the lot. Cold and clear, humidity and poor seeing Thursday night made for mushy skies but was a significant improvement over the former nights. I managed to get my mount working stand alone but due to a cable failure I was not able to control it via computer so resorted to imaging unguided which limited my targets. Managed halfway decent shots of M13 and Trifid nebulae.

Friday was even better than Thursday night. The humidity was not as bad making the transparency much better. Many 13th and 14th mag galaxies were observed through my bunkmate's 16 inch dob as he worked the Hershel II list. I attempted imaging several targets, but due to the short exposure times deep sky stacker had issues registering the stars in the images.

A terrible dust devil wrecked havoc on the north end of the upper field Thursday. One attendee lost a C11 Edge with a cracked corrector plate. Video of it here

Overall, 5 out of 6 nights were observable. One of the better weeks I've attended.
