The Veil Nebula, shot from our backyard on the nights of Aug 19,20, and 21 using a Canon 70-200mm f2.8 lens at 200mm, mounted on an SBIG STF8300M camera in narrowband. Ha=red, SII=yellow, and OIII=blue. Subs were 6x900 sec exposures in each narrow band frequency. Captured and initial processing plus stacking and color creation in Nebulosity 4 with final color tuning in Adobe Lightroom 4. Mount was an Atlas Eq-g. Guiding: Orion Mini-guidescope and PHD2.

Jeff, keep up the great work.  I like how you captured the vast expanse of this region.

Great job, Jeff. One of my favorite objects, hard to get all of it in one field.
