Combining camera/telescopes on the same mount

I would not think the mirror lock would bother short focal length imaging.

I am curious to hear if any of you have tried dual imaging using a DSLR and a CCD camera on the same mount.

More specifically, I am considering mounting my Williams Optical Star 71 and the Canon 70-200 at the same time and using a combination of a Canon 60Da and SBIG STF8300M. The question is whether the mirror lock up action on the Canon would disturb an image in process on the SBIG.

My plan is to use a Celestron AVX mount.

I have heard it being done.  There was a discussion on it at one point on Cloudy Nights.
