I am getting a little behind in my processing. Automation stuff has occupied a lot of my time for W-1 POS. Did this with less than perfect skies at Meyer on June 8, 2016.

Hi Jeff, thanks. No its really just an RGB but well focused. I had a lot of data on the Lum channel but the high layer clouds that night gave me too much gradients and so I just went with RGB. You are right about the Ha on stars sometimes but not so this time.
Looking forward to seeing your stuff with the Canon lens set up. I do know one thing that Lens are hands down the winner for AP. I wish I could afford a 6" Triplett as that would be all that I would use along with a good quality Barlow.
Hope this cycle is better than the April one. It was poor.
Regards
Aubrey

Excellent as usual Aubrey! I drool all over my keyboard every time you post a new image! Did you shoot a Ha series with this? I noticed the red stars seem to have a slightly larger red than the other colors and I get that commonly from adding hydrogen alpha to LRGB. On a separate subject, I have managed to get my f2.8 Canon 70-200 mated up with my SBIG STF8300M and 8-pos filter wheel. Then I got an Orion Ultra-Mini 30mm guide scope and the connection plate to mate up the CS and T2 threads. Now all I need is for the clouds to dissipate. I have already tried out the new Pole Master device for polar alignment, and it is amazing! I can get a perfect polar alignment in about two minutes on my Celestron AVX.
